HEY Y'ALL, I'M VAL!
I'm a photographer based in Warrenton, Virginia. I'm in love with capturing love stories, so I mostly take photos of couples and families. My style is a mixture of things; moody, filmy, but light at the same time.
I find the most joy in capturing photos in a storytelling way; keeping those genuine laughs; those special moments shared as family; children running around and enjoying themselves; all of it. Mostly, I aim to capture a couple's connection in photographs. My goal is for you to feel emotion through your photos.
My sessions are very laid back. We all know most people (especially kids) aren't always comfortable in front of the camera, so why push it? My goal is to ease the anxiety and worry from all those parents out there. Let's just have good time and watch the magic happen, with the most genuine you!

FULL SESSION & event session deposit
$100 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to book your spot. The remainder $250 will be due the day of the session. Which will complete your full payment of $350.
mINI sESSION & mini event dEPOSIT
$50 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to book your time slot. The remainder $200 will be due the day of the session of $250.

Hi! I am so glad that you're here :)
I wanted to share with you all a little bit about my photography. I love shooting more candid, storytelling shots. I want to capture genuine reactions in your photos.
My style is artsy. I do add grain to my images. I do love warmer tones, and more neutrals. If you love the colors you see in my images then white and tans will be your best bet!
FAQ
Do you travel?
I am located in Warrenton, VA. I will travel about an hour away for a session. If you are a hour from me, I do require a $15 travel fee.
what colors should we wear?
White should be worn by at least one person in the group. It will add the aesthetic you see in my images.

how will we receive our photos?
I will ask you for your email address. From there I will email you the link to your gallery from Pixieset. It will have your download code and password attached. You and whom you choose will then have access to your gallery only.
do you retouch photos?
Yes, unless you ask me not too.
what is your turn around time?
You will receive your gallery within 3 weeks from when your photos were taken.
what is the preferred method of payment?
My preferred way of payment is Venmo. If you are unable to pay with Venmo I also have:
Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Pay Pal.
I will accept cash as well.
what if there is inclement weather the day of the session?
A back up date will be discussed that works for us both.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit will be due the day you book to hold your booking date.
The remainder of the payment is due the day of the photoshoot.
What if I have to cancel my session?
If you have to cancel your session for any reason, you can reschedule anytime. Your deposit is still valid for a late date.
